Kyle is a Real Estate Agent and resident of downtown Madison. Specializing in the downtown condominium market, he provides the up-to-date analysis needed to make informed buying and selling decisions in this dynamic market, and he prioritizes the needs of his clients to find them the perfect home.
Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Kyle established www.lakelandaerial.com, a Wisconsin aerial photography firm which now runs itself in his absence, and which he continues to own. As an aerial photographer, Kyle developed a variety of marketing channels and cooperative marketing strategies to increase sales, including door-to-door sales, print media advertising, and a synergy of e-commerce and direct mail marketing.
Kyle holds a BA from the University of Washington, Seattle, and was a Fulbright Scholar in 2001, which afforded him the opportunity to live and study in Spain for a year. He stayed in Spain an additional three years, working in public relations, and becoming fluent in Spanish. Currently, Kyle is a UW Madison Law student and holds a PA position with the University as a Spanish Instructor.
