Katie O’Halek is the office manager and a licensed realtor® for Dines Incorporated. She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and brings extensive knowledge in accounting and finance from her previous work experience. As Office Manager, Katie is the administrative guru for Dines Inc. She interacts with clients on a daily basis to ensure every listing and purchase transaction is managed smoothly and successfully. Katie designs and implements marketing strategies, schedules showings, develops marketing materials, assists Dines Inc. agents with marketing their listings, and works with other real estate agents to ensure all their needs are met. She also maintains the company website, and coordinates advertising and promotions across a multitude of vendor and suppliers.
